This diagonal is built in the USA around a quartz flat with silver reflective coating and a protective quartz overcoat. The 1.25" diagonal will take 1.25" eyepieces.
Mirrors are guaranteed to have interferometry results of at least 1/20th wave PV (Peak to Valley measurement). Each quartz piece has a serial number. Each diagonal comes with an interferogram with the results of the surface testing for the quartz in your diagonal.
